Contact us via dm or email within 24 hours of receiving your order if the wrong order has been sent
Conditions for refund:
As our ball squishies are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, colour, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
Given that squishies are bound to tear and crease over time with regular use,
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds for damage caused after use, including tears, punctures or normal wear and tear
Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed
Shipping Policy
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of the local postal service.

Squishies are soft, slow-rising toys designed for sensory play, stress relief, and collecting. To keep them safe and long-lasting, please review the following guidelines.
Age Recommendation
Squishies are recommended for children ages 6 and up
Some squishies contain small parts, charms, or attachments that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Material & Handling
Squishies are designed to slowly return to its original shape after being squeezed.
Do not bite, chew, or place squishies in the mouth.
Keep squishies away from sharp objects, as punctures cannot be repaired and may create small foam fragments.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as prolonged heat exposure can cause discolouration or affect the foam's texture.
Avoid storing squishies under heavy objects, which can cause permanent indentation.
